Haunted Tour
This Haunted Tour is the first of its kind in Chicago. Our Ghoulish Guides will be your ghost hunters on this guided segway tour. They will escort you to the most mysteriously haunted locations in Downtown Chicago while relating the stories of Chicago's Haunted Hotels, houses, ghosts, murders, and gruesome disasters. Eerily we will creep through the shadows and darkness of the park to the sites that have claimed the lives of many tortured souls, places where paranormal experiences have been shared, where lingering spirits have appeared in the air.
This extraordinary Chicago Haunted Ghost Tour will visit the sites of Haunted Fort Dearborn, the Iroquois Theatre disaster, the Morgue on State, the Dead Alley, and the past home of Al Capone's haunted yacht. Some say that the sounds of screaming can still be heard. We have more haunted places and stories to share, so come along and glide with us ... if you dare.

Cancellation/Rain check policy
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel 48 hours (or more) in advance of your scheduled departure. Cancellations are handled by phone at 312-552-5100. All tours cancelled less than 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. All tours canceled within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable. We do offer rescheduling options. If you fail to notify us of a cancellation, there is a 100% charge, with no rescheduling option.
We operate rain or shine. However, if we cancel a tour due to extreme inclement weather you will receive a 100% refund.
Age and Weight Parameters
Riding a Segway is safe, once you've gone through our orientation. However, we do require that all riders be at least 14 years of age. All riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
In order to assure our riders' safety, there is a minimum weight requirement of 100 pounds. The maximum recommended weight limit as specified by the manufacturer, Segway, LLC, is 260 pounds. In order to ride, your weight must fall in this range.
Limitations and Restrictions
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited from riding and will not receive a refund. It is not recommended that pregnant women and any person with health restrictions, seizure disorders, or intolerance or sensitivity to extreme heat and sun participate in this activity. Riders must be capable of standing for extended periods of time.

Requirements
All participants are required to wear protective helmets at all times and sign waiver and release forms prior to departure.
